Christmas at Disneyland Paris 2026: every Christmas show, the times and tips for the holidays
You're going to Disneyland Paris for Christmas. A Christmas parade, festive shows and Santa Stitch. And also: the busiest weeks of the year. How do you see the best of Christmas without spending half the day in a queue?
Here's everything in one place: when the Christmas season runs, which Christmas shows there are and at what time, the opening hours, what's closed and how to plan your day.
When is the Christmas season?
The Christmas season at Disneyland Paris, Disney Enchanted Christmas, runs from Saturday 7 November 2026 to Wednesday 6 January 2027. From 7 November the Christmas shows are in the official schedule.
The busiest days are the school Christmas holidays, roughly 19 December to 3 January. Can you choose? Outside the school holidays it's usually quieter, and the Christmas shows run just the same in November and early December.
The Christmas shows and their times
All the Christmas shows are in Disneyland Park. These are the times over the Christmas holidays, from the official schedule:

Meet Santa Claus and A Sweet Moment with Mrs. Claus are in the catalog too, but at the time of writing they have no times in the schedule yet.
Outside the holidays the times sometimes shift by a few minutes, and on Tuesday 17, Thursday 19 and Thursday 26 November the parade runs earlier, at 14:20 and 16:00. So always look at the times of your own day.
The evening
Every day ends with a nighttime spectacular. Over the Christmas holidays that's Disney Tales of Magic at 22:00 at the castle in Disneyland Park, or Disney Cascade of Lights at 21:50 in Disney Adventure World. They're almost at the same time, so you pick one per evening. On days the parks close earlier, the evening show starts earlier too.

Closures change. The planner shows what's closed on each day, and with a plan a closed attraction never goes into your day.
How busy is it at Christmas?
Busy. The Christmas holidays are one of the busiest times of the year, and the days between Christmas and New Year certainly are. Exactly how busy, we can't promise: our measurements started in October 2026, so we don't have a previous Christmas to compare with yet.
What we do show: in the park, Live gives every attraction's wait right now, and whether it's shorter or longer than usual. So even on a busy day you can see which of your favourites has a short queue right now.
Six tips for your Christmas day
- Pick your parade time first. 15:55 or 17:45. That one moment decides where you are in the afternoon; plan the rest of your day around it.
- Pick your evening show. Disney Tales of Magic or Disney Cascade of Lights: they're almost at the same time. Your choice decides which park your day ends in.
- Start at opening. The first hour is the quietest time of the day for the most popular rides, and at Christmas that counts double.
- Go to Santa Stitch early. He's there every half hour from 10:20 to 15:50. After the last one you're too late.
- Plan a warm break. It's December. Lunch indoors and a rest halfway through the afternoon keep the day fun, especially with kids. Want a table-service meal? Book it now.
- Use single rider if you don't mind sitting apart. On busy days that's where it saves the most.
Pick your favourites, for free
Tap Start swiping and swipe through everything: right on what you want, left on what you don't. Pick a day in the Christmas season and the parade, the Christmas shows and Santa Stitch are simply in the stack. Swiping is free; sign in for free with your email address to keep your favourites.
Live and the Map are always free, without signing in. In the park they show your favourites with the wait right now, and whether it's shorter or longer than usual.
Your Christmas day planned, with a plan
Want the planner to make your day for you? That comes with a plan, for 1, 3 or 7 days and paid once. The planner then puts your favourites in an order that aims for less waiting and walking. It works with the waits of similar days, the real walking paths, the show times of your day, with room to find a good spot for the parade and the evening show, and your own breaks.
In the park your next stop is at the top. When things run late or a ride breaks down, the planner plans the rest of your day again, and an alert tells you when a wait drops.
